The Poland–Japan Foundation has officially become a member of the European Association for Japanese Studies (EAJS), a prestigious international network dedicated to advancing research on Japan. Founded in 1973, the EAJS brings together scholars, researchers, and students engaged in Japanese Studies across the humanities and social sciences. Its mission is to promote high-quality research on Japan-related subjects. Through its membership, the Poland–Japan Foundation joins a vibrant community that fosters international collaboration and academic exchange. This new affiliation strengthens the Foundation’s commitment to promoting Japanese Studies and enhancing cooperation between Poland, Japan, and the wider global academic community.

The Polish-Japanese Foundation (FPJ) works for cooperation and development of mutual relations between entities and residents from both countries.
