Medicine Connects Poland and Japan

The Poland-Japan Foundation is pleased to present its latest publication entitled “Exchange of experiences between Poland and Japan in the medical field” by Carla Hahs. The publication presents an analysis of the current state of medical cooperation between Poland and Japan, focusing on student exchange programs, academic partnerships, specialist collaboration, and knowledge transfer in the field of healthcare. It discusses examples of successful bilateral cooperation in such areas as neurosurgery, oncology, and interventional radiology, while also pointing to challenges including limited duration of exchange programs and the need for more intensive promotion of Polish medical education in Japan.
