The Poland–Japan Foundation has published a new policy paper: "Ukraine–Japan Relations After 2022: The Missing Middle Between Political Support and Reconstruction Business" by Oleksii Yaloza. The paper examines how Japan and Ukraine have transformed their relationship since Russia's full-scale invasion, moving from limited economic ties to a strategic partnership focused on reconstruction. The paper also highlights Poland's potential role as a regional partner that can help connect Japanese expertise and investment with Ukraine's reconstruction needs through logistics, services, and trilateral cooperation.
