This new publication of the Poland-Japan Foundation, authored by KyoLink, examines the elevation of Bulgaria–Japan relations to a Strategic Partnership within the EU–Indo-Pacific framework. It highlights Bulgaria’s Eurozone accession as a key signal for Japanese investment and identifies clean energy, digital transformation, and innovation as priority areas for structured cooperation. The article presents KyoLink’s ecosystem-based model as a practical framework for building long-term institutional architecture connecting Europe and the Indo-Pacific.
