Radoslaw Tyszkiewicz, President of the Poland-Japan Foundation, attended the 76th Berlin International Film Festival, where he promoted his recent film “Poles in Japan: Life, Passion, Success.” He was delighted to visit the Polish and Japanese booths at the European Film Market, one of the leading meeting places for the international film and media industries. He also attended JAPAN NIGHT 2026 during the Berlinale, hosted at the Embassy of Japan in Berlin. President Tyszkiewicz was pleased to exchange views with directors of Japanese films invited to the Berlinale, especially with Yoshitoshi Shinomiya, whose film A New Dawn had its world premiere in the main competition at the Berlinale, where it was nominated for the Golden Bear. The festival provided an excellent opportunity to foster deeper exchanges and expand the circle of friends and partners from the film industry.

The Polish-Japanese Foundation (FPJ) works for cooperation and development of mutual relations between entities and residents from both countries.
