The President of the Poland-Japan Foundation, Radosław Tyszkiewicz, met with the owner and head chef of LUMA restaurant in Radom, which specializes in original cuisine inspired by the Japanese Nikkei trend. The discussion focused on promoting Japanese culture through culinary art and the possibilities of cooperation in organizing events popularizing Japanese traditions and contemporary gastronomy. There was also a tasting of dishes that made a tremendous impression. The sushi and other offerings from the head chef delighted with their quality, freshness, and perfectly balanced flavors. This is a place truly worth visiting, even if it means making a special trip to Radom!
