Our team has extensive experience in participating in fairs and organizing various events in Japan. For many years, we have assisted with political visits and meetings - at the level of prefectures and visits at the level of heads of state. We have organized economic missions from European projects and funds, to private initiatives aimed at reconnaissance of the Japanese market.

We provide promotional services for Polish companies and institutions in Japan and Japanese entities in Poland as part of specific cooperation packages, which include individually specified services, including representation of selected companies or institutions in trade fairs, conferences, product presentations or contacts with other entities.

We organize meetings with potential business partners. We offer contacts within numerous industries and from different regions of Japan. We provide comprehensive B2B meetings with Japanese entrepreneurs and industry organizations. As part of the visit, we organize a tour of selected enterprises in order to get acquainted with the specifics of the company's activity.

We organise study visits for representatives of local governments from Poland in Japan in order to familiarize with Japanese solutions within the scope of their statutory tasks such as municipal waste management, education, road transport, etc. With the knowledge gained, Polish authorities can implement particular solutions in Poland, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the activities carried out by these entities.
