107 people, including a group of students from the University of Fukui, watched our film " Far Away to Japan: The Untold Stories of the Polish People" during four screenings in Tsuruga. The storyline about the arrival of Polish Siberian orphans in the city garnered significant interest from viewers and Tsuruga residents. The film was partially shot at the Port of Humanity Tsuruga Museum. R. Tyszkiewicz, President of the Foundation, expressed hope for the possibility of carrying out further Polish-Japanese projects in Tsuruga and Fukui Prefecture during a conversation with A. Nishikawa, Director of the Museum. He also gave an interview for TV Fukui.
