Radosław Tyszkiewicz, President of the Poland–Japan Foundation, met with Marieta Arabadjieva, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Japan. The discussions focused on the exchange of experiences and potential avenues for cooperation in the implementation of joint projects, including in the context of Bulgaria’s accession to the euro area and the adoption of the common European currency in 2026. The meeting was also attended by Lidia Vitanova, Representative Director of the newly established organization KyoLink. The Bulgarian initiative KyoLink is a pioneering non-profit organization whose mission is to support academic, cultural, business, and investment cooperation between Asia and Europe, with a strategic focus on Bulgaria and Japan. The Poland–Japan Foundation expressed its interest in cooperation with KyoLink and welcomed the establishment of this new European initiative, aimed at further strengthening relations with Japan.

The Polish-Japanese Foundation (FPJ) works for cooperation and development of mutual relations between entities and residents from both countries.
