A wonderful Poland–Japan film meeting during EXPO 2025! Radosław Tyszkiewicz, President of the Poland–Japan Foundation, took part in the event organized by the Polish Film Institute (PISF) and the Visual Industry Promotion Organization (VIPO) in Tokyo. The meeting was a great opportunity to showcase the achievements and potential of both cinematographies, as well as to discuss financing and coproduction opportunities.
The event brought together 13 Polish and 13 Japanese film companies, which were able to present their projects and establish valuable contacts. The Foundation presented its latest idea for a documentary film – and we are already looking to the future with enthusiasm, counting on a joint production with our Japanese partners!
