In Osaka, Radosław Tyszkiewicz, President of the Foundation, met with members of the Ni-Po Salon, an organization that brings together Japanese individuals interested in deepening friendship and cooperation with Poland. The Ni-Po Salon was established in 1999 as an initiative by Japanese volunteers supporting Polish students coming to Kansai. For many years, Ni-Po Salon members have invited one student from Poland each year for a year-long stay at Kobe University, providing support for living and travel expenses. This time, the meeting included a new scholarship recipient from Warsaw University. As part of their activities, Ni-Po Salon organizes social gatherings, lectures related to Poland, musical concerts, and trips to Poland for the Chopin Competition. Once a year, Ni-Po Salon publishes its newsletter.
