The Poland–Japan Foundation has become an Honorary Partner of Lean TWI Summit 2026 – one of the largest conferences in Poland dedicated to organizational development in the areas of Lean Management, TWI, leadership, a culture of continuous improvement, and the use of new technologies and AI in management. This partnership highlights the strong substantive and cultural connection of the event to the Japanese roots of Lean Management and the philosophy of improvement derived from the Toyota Production System. Lean TWI Summit 2026 will take place on June 9–10, 2026, in Wrocław and will bring together more than 500 participants from Poland and abroad – leaders, managers, operations directors, HR professionals, and experts responsible for developing people and processes in manufacturing and service organizations.
