Radosław Tyszkiewicz, President of the Poland–Japan Foundation, will speak at the Venture Café event WOMEN'S THEME NIGHT ~ THE LIVING ECOSYSTEM: WOMEN SHAPING THE FUTURE!. A hybrid session titled From 2% to Moving the Money — Driving Growth & Capital for Women Founders will take place on April 16 at CIC Tokyo. The event will bring together investors, founders, and ecosystem leaders to address funding inequality in Japan, where women start 10% of businesses but receive only 2% of investment. The session will explore how venture capital decisions are made, the structural barriers limiting women’s access to funding, and practical ways to drive change within the current system—drawing on both Japanese and European perspectives.

The Polish-Japanese Foundation (FPJ) works for cooperation and development of mutual relations between entities and residents from both countries.
