The latest publication by the Poland-Japan Foundation, prepared by KyoLink, analyzes the elevation of Bulgarian-Japanese relations to the rank of Strategic Partnership within the framework of EU–Indo-Pacific cooperation. It highlights Bulgaria’s accession to the eurozone as a significant signal for Japanese investment and identifies clean energy, digital transformation and innovation as priority areas for structured cooperation. The article presents the KyoLink ecosystem model as a practical framework for building long-term institutional architecture linking Europe with the Indo-Pacific region.
